| Please meet the session chair in your session at least 15 minutes before the session starts. You should identify yourself to the session chair for your session and check in with AV staff to go over your equipment and needs to bring the PDF or PowerPoint file on a CD (no ZIP disk), or USB memory, and load it on the computer in your session room. You also need to confirm that it is working properly. This is very important to pay attention to this time frame. The visual equipment provided is only LCD projector. |

| Time Allocation: |
20 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q&A) has been allowed for the presentation of your contribution, and this time allocation must not be exceeded. In case of Industry Application Session, only 16 minuets (including 3 minutes for Q&A) has been allowed.
To make the most of the presentation time, you may find the following guidelines to be helpful:
¡ß Speak clearly and avoid colloquial English - not all delegates use English as their native language.
¡ß Summarize your written paper and present any updated material and results. The focus should be on the basic concepts and conclusions, rather than the details.
¡ß Please note that questions may be taken following your presentation.
The Session Chairs have been asked to be strict with their time keeping of presentations, this will enable delegates to walk between sessions and attend the presentations of their choice. |

DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH INFORMATION ON VISUAL AIDS
¡ß A maximum of six or seven lines including the title (not more than 20 words).
¡ß Avoid abbreviations, mathematics and tables of results (graphs or histograms are much better).
¡ß Lettering should be lowercase, medium or bold and at least

Place: Main Lobby (8th Floor), Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel (Venue)
You are requested to display your poster on the poster board at 09:00 am on this day and remove it at 18:00 pm.
You are required to explain your poster at your poster board during the poster session time for anticipated discussion with participants. |

| Your Display: |
In addition to your written paper included in the Conference publication, the poster session is your opportunity to present your work directly to other registrants and to discuss it with them. It is a particularly useful format for small group discussion and debate.
Try to attract the registrants to your stand. Unless they come to it, you cannot expect to have a discussion with them. The display should therefore be visually appealing and should contain the essence of your paper in a form that is easy to understand.
Your display should consist chiefly of keywords, diagrams, photographs, etc. Color photographs are particularly attractive in a poster display.
Diagrams and graphs should have clear captions. All lettering should be easy to read. Handwritten text or diagrams are not recommended. All graphs and diagrams should be drawn with thick lines (preferably 1mm or more in width). Use color to emphasize important features.
The poster display is important. You are recommended to take as much trouble with it as you did in preparing your written paper. |
